Ingredients -
4 tilapia fillets
½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup full-fat mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped pecan nuts
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease a metal baking pan and place the fillets side by side on it.
Blend the Dijon and mayonnaise and spread the mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with the pecans.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
