Easy Baked Tilapia with a Mustard Pecan Crust

If you do not have much time, this is a quick and easy recipe, which gives mouthwatering results. There are only four ingredients in this baked tilapia recipe but the finished result tastes like something you might get in a restaurant.

The mayonnaise and mustard combine for a rich, piquant sauce and the pecans add a wonderful crunchiness. This recipe is quick as well as simple because it does not take long to prepare and only has to cook for ten minutes or so. This baked tilapia recipe is good served with boiled potatoes, sautéed potatoes or rice and a selection of vegetables or a side salad.

Ingredients -
 
4 tilapia fillets
½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup full-fat mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped pecan nuts
 
Preparation:
 

Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease a metal baking pan and place the fillets side by side on it.

Blend the Dijon and mayonnaise and spread the mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with the pecans.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
