Deviled Salmon With Parmesan Fries And Zucchini

Deviled means that the main ingredient of a dish, whether it is meat, fish, poultry or something else, has been seasoned with spicy ingredients such as cayenne pepper, mustard or a similar ingredient. Deviled eggs, for example, are a very popular dish.

A spicy sauce is sometimes used in salmon recipes and the following recipe uses mustard spread to give the salmon a spicy kick. The parmesan fries and zucchini and tomatoes give crispness and juiciness to this dish. Keep an eye on the salmon while it is cooking, to make sure it doesn't dry out, because you are cooking at a very high temperature.

Ingredients -
 
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 zucchini, in ¾ inch thick rounds
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
4 cups frozen shoestring French fries
1 cup cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons creamy mustard spread
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
 
Preparation:
 

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

Use aluminum foil to line a pair of rimmed baking sheets.

Toss the zucchini with the olive oil, salt and pepper and lay it on one side of one of the baking sheets.

Put the salmon fillets on the other side of this baking sheet and spread the mustard spread over it.

Put the French fries on the other baking sheet and toss them with the paprika and cheese.

Roast everything for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.

Transfer the fish to a serving platter.

Add the tomatoes to the pan with the zucchini.

Toss the fries again. Put both pans back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the zucchini is tender and the French fries are crisp.

Serve hot.
