Combine the oranges, pineapple, 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning, 1 tablespoon of the orange juice, the jalapeño pepper and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Place the fish in an ungreased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Combine the rest of the lime juice, taco seasoning and orange juice in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the fish and toss to coat. Cover and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until you can flake the fish easily with a fork.
Place a spoonful of the fish mixture in each tortilla and top with lettuce and pineapple salsa. Roll them up to serve.
